AbsolutCars reserves
the right to refuse any job without giving reason.
AbsolutCars reserves
the right to vary our tariffs without notice, unless
a job has already been confirmed. This does not apply
to any existing contractual obligations.
AbsolutCars does
not accept responsibility or liability for delays or
consequential loss, however caused.
A cancellation
charge will be levied
on all cancellations made within 30 minutes of the
car being dispatched. Once a car has been dispatched,
the full cost of the journey between our base and the
pick-up point will be charged.
In the event of any claim
against AbsolutCars arising
out of the quality of our service, the company’s
liability shall be limited to a refund of any monies
paid by the client for the cost of the journey.
The
AbsolutCars driver will decide upon the optimal
route for any journey. In the event that a client wishes
to adopt an alternative route, we will charge an additional
fee to compensate for any extra time and mileage incurred.
A
sur-charge shall be levied upon all customers who arrive 45
minutes late, after the original booking time.
Pick-up costs are inclusive of upto
40 minutes of waiting time at the following London
airports:
Gatwick, Heathrow, City and Stansted. Luton airport
is inclusive for upto 20 minutes.
Overtime
charges are then levied
at £7 for every 15 minutes after the grace period.
